The Louisiana Industrial Development Executives Association holds two conferences each year to provide educational opportunities for the membership on a wide range of current economic development topics, and to provide the opportunity for networking among peers. The conferences are held in different areas of the state for the convenience of the attendees, and for the opportunity of the host city to feature its community.
In addition, the LIDEA Board meets six times annually to discuss issues of importance, and make decisions that will continue to enhance and grow the organization for the membership.
