The Louisiana Industrial Development Executives Association provides educational opportunities on a wide range of current economic development topics and the opportunity for networking among peers. The conferences are held in different areas of the state for the convenience of the attendees and for the opportunity of the host city to feature its community.
In addition, the LIDEA Board meets quarterly to discuss issues of importance and make decisions that will continue to enhance and grow the organization for the membership.
The LIDEA Annual Conference will take place on November 7-8 at the New Orleans Marriott.
The event begins with a welcome reception on November 7 at 6:00 pm, followed by a full day of presentations on November 8. Registration is $200 for LIDEA members and $250 for future members.
LIDEA has a block of rooms available at the New Orleans Marriott at a rate of $164/night.
